Menu for Nov. 7th Meeting

Our next meeting is MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7 at 5:30 p.m. at Hotel Congress. Please RSVP to Traci Riccitello before Tuesday, November 1. Please let her know whether you would like the Duck or the Penne.

MENU:

Duck Confit: traditionally prepared boneless duck, spicy chili and garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables and a blackberry balsamic glaze.

OR

The Penne Is Spicier Than The Sword: garlic, corn, black beans, squash, carrots, tomatoes, fresh jalapeños, onion and cilantro sautéed and finished with white wine and butter, topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Both dinners served with:

Depot Salad: field greens and arugula, roma tomatoes, fresh sliced mozzarella and artichoke hearts tossed in a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
