Menu for April Meeting

Our April meeting will be on TUESDAY, APRIL 4 rather than our usual Monday.

The menu will be:

The Herbed Shroom
Portabella mushrooms stuffed with herbed goat cheese and pine nuts, roasted garlic white bean puree, sautéed spinach, & red bell pepper coulis.

or

Grilled Salmon
Mashed potatoes, lemon beurre blanc and mixed vegetables

Both include Caesar Salad and Lemon Bars
